Full-Time Engineering Sr Analyst (QA)

The QA Engineer position is focused on providing an excellent experience to our customers. Understanding customer requirements, working with technical architects, project management, and development teams to meet customer needs is key.

The position will also advocate for quality of Blend360 services.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with the development team to identify potential issues impacting product quality.
• Validating data quality, model performance, and system functionality.
• Developing and executing test plans for accuracy, reliability, and alignment with requirements.
• Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activities.
• Contributing to architecture and design activities.
• Evaluating business needs and objectives.
• Seeking alternative technology solutions.
• Exploring ways to enhance data quality and reliability.
• Collaborating with Data engineers, Architects, data scientists, and business analysts.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, SDET, or similar.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, IT, or related field.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Deep understanding of at least one object-oriented programming library (preferably Python).
• Strong SQL skills and knowledge of SQL-based data warehouses and relational databases.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in PySpark.
• General interest in technology with the ability to learn and adapt.
• Familiarity with Azure services (Data Lake, Blob Storage, Key Vault).
• Effective communication with developers and management.
