Full-Time Enterprise Analytics Architect

The Analytics Solutions Architect role is responsible for designing and delivering customer-centric analytics solutions, maintaining data architecture standards, and acting as a trusted, customer-facing analytics expert.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and maintenance of standard reporting frameworks, including ERDs, data dictionaries, and schema tables.
• Develop and manage customer-facing analytics reports and dynamic dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or SAP Analytics, ensuring usability and impact.
• Act as an internal analytics expert and external point of contact, gathering customer requirements and providing consultative solutions.
• Maintain and optimize data integration processes, ensuring smooth data flows and alignment with business use cases.
• Use SQL, Python, R, and DAX to support data modeling, complex queries, and custom calculations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align reporting strategies.
• Build scalable, replicable reporting processes.
• Map out customer usage patterns to identify needs and future goals.
• Drive the adoption of analytics tools and reporting best practices.

Required Skills:

• Software Knowledge: Expertise with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, SAP Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, DAX, and Java for data manipulation.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, customer-facing experience, problem-solving abilities, presentation skills, and a process-oriented mindset.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or technical reporting.
