Job Summary:
Capchase is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our Sales team. You will be an integral member of the Go-To-Market team, responsible for creating excitement about Capchase.
Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified opportunities via outbound efforts (email, social selling, multi-channel campaigns).
- Utilize prospecting tools, coordinate with assigned reps, and prepare for/schedule pitch meetings.
- Strategize with team members to improve the sales process.
- Conduct sales best practices using enablement technology.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop prospect communication plans.
- Work with other departments to ensure quality and quantity of demonstrations.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in outbound sales (SDR/BDR), targeting enterprise accounts.
- Exceptional communication skills, translating complex financial concepts into clear value propositions.
- Proven experience with multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, personalized videos).
- Experience with HubSpot CRM (or similar), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement tools.
- Organized, driven, and resilient.
- Experience selling to financial personas (CFOs, VPs).
- Strong financial literacy (ARR, contract financing, revenue recognition).
