As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at CyberArk, build key relationships with Directors/Managers of Security, Security Engineers, Security Architects, and Dev-Ops teams to implement best-in-class Access and Identity products.
Work with mid-to-large enterprise customers to ensure adoption and realize recurring value from CyberArk products (Perpetual or Subscription, on-premises or cloud).
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive onboarding, adoption, and advocacy across a portfolio of customers.
- Build success plans, establish critical goals, and aid customers in achieving objectives.
- Design and execute a value roadmap for each customer.
- Establish regular cadence calls (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) with assigned customers.
- Conduct Quarterly business reviews to ensure successful outcomes.
- Review executive dashboards and program status, measuring and monitoring customer health metrics and KPIs.
- Solidify position as a trusted advisor to drive continued product value.
- Partner with CyberArk Account Team to find new usage opportunities and build contract renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Define success plans for at-risk customers and execute them collaboratively.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally.
- Leverage internal tools (Gainsight) to archive customer activity.
- Identify and communicate areas for improvement in the customer experience (product and process).
Requirements:
- 15+ years relevant work experience in customer success, consulting, post-sales technical account management.
- Strong consulting and project management skills, proven results driving business value.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Experience with Cybersecurity/SaaS solutions or enterprise software, working with large enterprise customers.
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises IT landscape.
- Understanding of security roles within organizations, practical experience with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure).
- Fundamental knowledge of networking environments, experience installing and supporting enterprise software on Windows and UNIX platforms.
- Prior experience with CyberArk Software solutions or relevant experience with enterprise applications, security management, identity management, or policy management solutions (especially in IAM and SIEM space) is preferred.
- Up to 25% travel.
