Enterprise Customer Success Manager at CyberArk.
Build key relationships with Directors/Managers of Security, Security Engineers, Security Architects, and Dev-Ops teams to implement best-in-class Access and Identity products.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive onboarding, adoption, and advocacy for a portfolio of customers.
- Develop success plans, establish goals, and guide customers toward objectives.
- Design and execute a value roadmap for each customer.
- Conduct regular calls (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) with assigned customers.
- Review executive dashboards and monitor customer health metrics/KPIs.
- Act as a trusted advisor and drive continued product/service value.
- Partner with Account Team (Account Executives, Security Architects, Sales Engineers, Training) to find new usage opportunities and build renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Define success plans for at-risk customers and execute them collaboratively.
- Advocate customer needs internally.
- Leverage internal tools (Gainsight) to archive customer activity.
- Identify and communicate areas for improvement in the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years relevant experience in customer success, consulting, post-sales technical account management.
- Strong consulting and project management skills.
- Proven ability to work as a trusted advisor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Cybersecurity/SaaS solutions and enterprise software.
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises IT.
- Understanding of security roles within organizations.
- Practical experience with enterprise Directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure etc.)
- Knowledge of networking environments and installing/supporting enterprise software.
- Preferred: CyberArk Software solutions experience or experience with enterprise applications, security management, identity management, and policy management.
Compensation: $108,000 – $150,000/year, plus commissions/discretionary bonus. Base pay may vary.
