Full-Time ESG Data & Performance Analyst

• Contributing to the definition of non-financial performance indicators, in line with CSRD requirements.
• Implementing the reporting process to ensure data collection and communication to key stakeholders.
• Consolidating ESG figures on a monthly basis.
• Helping build dashboards for monitoring the Group’s non-financial performance.
• Understanding the data and performing analyses to provide value to project managers.
• Contributing to the development of an internal network of non-financial performance managers.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree from an engineering school, business school, or university.
• Fluent in English
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a finance department, as a financial controller, ESG analyst, or within an IT department.
• Strong interest in sustainability issues.
• An affinity for managing complex data sets.
• Technical skills, with a solid understanding of compliance requirements (e.g., CSRD).
• Data-related competencies, including knowledge of programming languages, database management, and data visualization.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis.
• A highly analytical mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion abilities and a demonstrated talent for problem-solving.
