We’re seeking an Executive Assistant in Latin America to support our CEOs.
Ideal candidate: Proactive problem-solver with exceptional English communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Posts
- Calendar Management
- CEO Account Management Support
- Sales Support:
- Review CEO sales dashboard to identify prospects and support growth.
- Create documents and presentations as needed.
- Utilize LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, CRM, and lead-sourcing tools for lead identification and outreach via LinkedIn and email.
- Maintaining Sales Pipeline:
- Point of contact for potential clients, handling inquiries and requests, forwarding to appropriate sales executive.
- Meeting Support:
- Follow up on action items.
- Post-meeting follow-ups ensuring pricing proposals, sales materials, and decks are sent and modified as needed.
- Data Management: Keep reports updated.
- Research: Research topics, markets, or competitors to provide information to the CEO.
Experience: 1-3+ years executive assistant experience in a startup or fast-paced environment. Recruiting experience a plus.
Required Skills:
- Proactive, independent work style.
- Sales enablement experience.
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
- Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
