Job Details
We’re seeking an Executive Assistant in Latin America to support our CEOs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, a strong problem-solver with exceptional English communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Social Media Posts
- Calendar Management
- Support CEOs in Account Management
- Sales Support:
- Review CEO's sales dashboard to identify prospects and support business development
- Create documents and presentations
- Use LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, CRM, and Lead-sourcing tools to identify and contact leads
- Maintaining Sales Pipeline:
- Act as point of contact for potential clients
- Handle inquiries and requests
- Direct clients to appropriate sales executives
- Meeting Support:
- Assist in following up on action items
- Ensure pricing proposals, sales materials, and decks are sent to prospects and modified as needed
- Data Management: Keep reports updated
- Research: Research specific topics, markets, or competitors to provide relevant information to the CEO
Requirements:
- 1-3+ years of executive assistant experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Must be proactive, act independently, and prioritize in the company's best interest.
- Sales enablement experience
- Mindset: Young, dynamic, entrepreneurial, and adaptable to startup culture
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level minimum)
- Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow
Sales Enablement (More details below):
- Document Development: Create sales brochures and presentations
- Follow-up Processes: Set up automated email campaigns and reminders
- Proposal and Agreement Support: Assist with SOWs, proposals, agreements, etc.
- Lead Nurturing: Identify leads, send emails/LinkedIn messages, follow up, and schedule meetings for the CEO
