Expert Financial Analyst

The Costa Rica FP&A Team is looking for an Expert Financial Analyst to support the Technology business. This role requires strong financial analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support month-end close and cost forecasting.
• Contribute to annual budget process and performance metric monitoring.
• Provide cost partner support.
• Collaborate with Finance teams globally.
• Manage forecasts, actuals, and spend optimization.
• Oversee P&L MMC and month-end processes.
• Handle Capital Expenditure (Capex) forecasting and Balance Sheet controls.
• Prepare high-level commentary for executive audiences (CFO, CTO).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Master's degree (preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Expert skills in Excel.
• Experience in commercial finance, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Experience with financial models for forecasting.
• Strong skills in interpreting financial data and highlighting insights.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Oracle, Hyperion).
• Advanced English proficiency.
