Purpose: As an analyst in the Extended Content Ops Team, you will manage content and automation to improve speed and convenience of our product offering.

1. Execute/modify managed ingestion scripts to ingest content for premium authors.
2. Assist with content preparation for ingestion.
3. Generate reports on author performance.
4. Manage libraries, including relevance reviews, commercial viability checks, and removal of irrelevant items.
5. Enhance metadata for better tagging and follow-up on tagging effectiveness.
6. Screen content partnership requests.
7. Identify new authors matching our criteria.
8. Generate/export reports on author performance.
9. Be available after hours for meetings with staff in different time zones.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Build/maintain basic automation scripts (with guidance).
• Improve efficiency/simplify processes with stakeholders.
• Perform manual tasks (reorganizing, metadata).
• Escalate operational/technical issues.
• Provide regular performance updates.
• Coordinate/execute managed ingestion activities.
• Make minor tweaks to automated tools/processes.
• Manage libraries, including search relevance review, commercial viability verification and removal of irrelevant items.
• Enhance metadata.
• Screen incoming content partnership requests.
• Identify new authors.
• Assist with generating/exporting author performance reports.

Required Technical Skills/Experience:

• Experience building/maintaining automation scripts
• Experience in e-commerce (inventory/catalog, consumer).
• Data analysis experience (following processes, analyzing datasets, reporting).
• Experience working with remote staff
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel, GSheets)
• Experience running projects independently.
• Experience in multiple programming/scripting languages/automation tools.
• Familiarity with programming/automation (Python, Node, Puppeteer)
• Experience with UI automation tools (e.g., UI Vision).
• Experience with creative media (photos, video, design).
• Experience tagging products for e-commerce sites.
