Full-Time Field Experience Operations Coordinator

Field Experience Operations Coordinator is a full-time team member focusing on coordinating student field experience progress and development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for students regarding field experience requirements, site search, application, registration, and issues.
• Coordinate comprehensive operations and academic review of field experience applications.
• Coordinate with team members to assist graduate students requiring field experience.
• Work with field site contacts to establish affiliation agreements.
• Coordinate completion of site onboarding requirements with students and field sites.
• Assist Field Experience staff and faculty in resolving student problems.
• Track and maintain field experience resources, policies, procedures, student files, applications, site, and site supervisor information.
• Develop and maintain field experience communications.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
• Partner with field experience staff on projects to improve service levels and student satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited university (business, education, social work, or related field).
• 2+ years' experience with student support in a university setting.
• Experience supporting students in field training preferred.
• Experience with academic counseling and advising preferred.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred.
