Full-Time Field Sales Manager

Skillsoft is seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Manager to lead a high-performance sales team in Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performance sales team.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business.
• Develop, maintain, and grow a sales pipeline.
• Deliver impactful customer presentations.
• Close complex, long-sell-cycle sales.
• Understand the Skillsoft consultative and solution-selling process.
• Increase revenue in assigned customer accounts.
• Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
• Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor.
• Stay current on technology and IT workforce trends.
• Partner with sales operations, marketing, and support.
• Work with senior leaders and clients.
• Establish coaching as an ongoing priority.
• Manage expense priorities and territory coverage.
