Full-Time Finance Analyst

Tenchi is a Cyber Security company building innovative technology for Third-Party Cyber Risk Management.

We're 100% remote, with team members across Brazil, US, Canada, Argentina, and Spain.

What You'll Do:

• Manage accounts payable & receivable, ensuring timely payments and revenue collection.
• Prepare and issue invoices compliant with tax regulations.
• Maintain and update supplier & customer records.
• Assist in payroll processes (hiring, processing, vacation, terminations).
• Track and analyze financial performance vs. budget.
• Develop financial reports & presentations for leadership.

Requirements:

• Intermediate Excel skills for financial analysis & reporting.
• Strong financial math knowledge for data analysis & projections.
• Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Ownership mindset & commitment to results.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Bonus: Experience in tech/cybersecurity, financial regulations, accounting software/ERP.
