Full-Time Finance Analyst II - Labor Planning

SummaryThe North America FP&A is seeking a Financial Analyst II to support regional planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

1. Support monthly & annual planning & analysis using Hyperion & Oracle.
2. Prepare monthly management reports & handle ad-hoc revenue/cost reporting.
3. Standardize & create efficiencies in financial reporting.
4. Analyze cost & headcount movements, researching variances.
5. Analyze operating results, interpret data, & investigate variances.
6. Improve reporting accuracy, process efficiencies, & system automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years progressive experience in Finance.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with financial systems (OBIEE, Hyperion Planning/Essbase, SmartView).
• Customer service & responsiveness skills.
• Experience supporting other finance professionals.
• Ability to summarize & explain large amounts of information.
