Full-Time Finance Analyst - Junior

The Cash Analyst is responsible for reviewing and analyzing policy premium balances and the timely collection of outstanding premiums. The candidate will process and reconcile finance-related transactions focusing on accuracy, timeliness, and fast-paced work.

Responsibilities Include:

• Recording cash payments in Accounts Receivable system
• Applying cash to open receivable transactions
• Researching and resolving discrepancies with errant payments
• Communicating with internal and external customers for payment direction
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
• Reviewing and analyzing reports
• Preparing invoices and monitoring accounts receivables

Required Skills and Experience

• Surety bonds experience is desired but not mandatory
• Understanding of insurance terminology preferred
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Business problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and efficient documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Great Plains general ledger knowledge
• Financial Systems (specifically Accounts Receivable cash application system)
• MAJESCO Billing experience a plus
• Familiarity with Workflow systems, document management platforms, and insurance applications
• Amenable to work in Cebu
