BizOps & Finance team is looking for a quantitatively strong, systems-minded generalist to support our financial workflows.
This role requires wearing many hats: analyzing and maintaining financial data, overseeing external bookkeepers, driving audit and tax initiatives, and building scalable systems for financial workflows.
Responsibilities include:
- Implementing systems for financial operations at scale
- Working with external accountants, managing month-end close
- Project managing and liaising with external auditors
- Performing ad-hoc data analyses for tax submissions
- Owning expense processes and procedures
- Leading cross-functional projects to solve operational problems
About You:
- Strong analytical skills and operational mindset
- Experience leading complex projects
- Strong vendor management and relationship building
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ideal experience: 2-5 years in a startup, consulting firm, or finance function.
