Full-Time Finance Associate

The Financial Associate (FA) contributes to the Scaling Foundations (ScalFo) program by assembling, managing, and structuring financial data and reports for the lawyers involved.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding process support
2. Data reconciliation
3. Ensuring financial and CRM data accuracy
4. Creating & Managing dedicated folders for each lawyer
5. Updating program sheets and templates
6. Accessing & setting up QuickBooks Online (QBO) reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet)
7. Financial forecast preparation & updates using LiveFlow and other tools
8. Importing data from onboarding surveys into forecasting tools
9. Reconciling financial data (Profit & Loss, COGS, expenses)
10. Creating pivot tables and verifying numbers
11. Managing CRM data and generating reports (Lawmatics, Clio)
12. Identifying and correcting missing data fields
13. Scheduling & coordinating meetings
14. Collaborating with bookkeepers
15. Communicating with lawyers & staff to ensure data completeness
16. Updating forecasts & financial reports
17. Providing recommendations for Chart of Accounts (COA) updates
18. Refining CRM data for improved analysis & reporting
19. Supporting the CFO in addressing data challenges

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proficiency in financial tools (QuickBooks Online, LiveFlow, spreadsheets)
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Lawmatics, Clio)
• Strong communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
