About the Team:You will drive key go-to-market operations and strategy support for Gusto Money Group.
Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
- Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Management Reporting
- Strategic Partner
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience: 4-6+ years in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, and/or business operations. Business/consumer banking experience required. FinTech, neo-banking or lending unit experience preferred.
- Technical skills: Expert in Excel/Google Sheets, quantitative analysis, strong critical thinking, and SQL.
- Precision: Sharp attention to detail, high accuracy, and a results-oriented mindset
- Discipline & Attitude: Impressive time management, ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks, and a positive service-oriented mentality.
