Full-Time Finance Manager Automotive

We are seeking a Finance Manager for Experian's North America Automotive business. This is a vital role for a strategic, analytical finance leader to drive performance and business scaling.

Role responsibilities include:

1. Lead monthly cost forecasting, capital planning, and scenario analysis, including product-level revenue reporting and innovation tracking.
2. Track and manage technology/cloud spend, contractor costs, and labor allocations, overseeing CapEx forecasting and controls for prepayments and accruals.
3. Own the annual cost budgeting process and long-range planning cycle, aligning inputs across business partners and shared services.
4. Deliver accurate P&L, cost, and KPI reporting, creating dashboards and executive summaries.
5. Partner with shared services and manage one offshore analyst to ensure reporting consistency and quality.
6. Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Regional Finance teams to align on financial goals and business plans.
7. Translate complex financial data into actionable insights to support leadership decision-making.
8. Analyze costs by function and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and expense optimization.
9. Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve processes, and scale recurring analysis.
10. Utilize tools like Power BI, Tableau, Oracle, and Hyperion for enhanced reporting, insights, and decision support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in finance, management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar, including FP&A and project management experience.
• Experience balancing detailed and high-level summaries while maintaining accuracy.
• Experience developing predictive analyses and using large datasets.
• Ability to get results, organize, and prioritize deadlines.
