Contractor Finance Support PTP & OTC with French

Accounts Receivable:

• Invoice Creation: Generate and validate customer invoices.
• Collections: Monitor outstanding receivables.
• Cash Applications: Accurately apply incoming payments.
• Order Processing: Handle customer orders.
• Limited Credit Management: Support credit checks.
• Billing Adjustments: Process billing corrections.
• Customer Inquiry Management: Respond to customer queries.

Accounts Payable:

• Invoice Processing Disbursements
• GR/IR Clearing
• Transactional Support for PO Process in Ariba
• Supplier Inquiry

Deal candidate requirements:

• Advanced language skills in French & English
• Experience in a customer service or contact center environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable processes
• Customer-focused
• Experience using ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus
• Experience working with ticketing systems
• Strong organizational skills
• A team player with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
