Full-Time Financial Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in San Bernardino, United States.

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing valuable financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making processes within our organization.

1. Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast company performance and analyze financial data
2. Prepare detailed financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
3. Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks
4. Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads
5. Perform variance analysis and provide explanations for discrepancies between actual and projected results
6. Conduct industry and competitor analysis to support strategic planning initiatives
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
8. Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders
9. Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA certification preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis or related field
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Excellent knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights clearly
• Knowledge of financial markets and economic trends
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information:

• Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000
