Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will provide financial support and analysis to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain financial planning models.
• Identify trends and anticipate needs.
• Partner with business owners on expense management and forecasting.
• Work with Accounting on monthly reporting and forecasting.
• Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis to senior management.
• Analyze and synthesize data for strategic decision-making.
• Identify and drive business process improvements.
• Research finance-related metrics, benchmarks, and trends.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and analysis.
• Develop and implement process improvements.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2-3 years of related experience (FP&A, banking, corporate strategy, or consulting).
• 1-2 years SaaS industry experience preferred.
• MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
• Financial modeling and budgeting system experience.
• Presentation skills and strong communication skills.
• Multitasking, project management, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Remote work capability.
