Full-Time Financial Analyst

We’re seeking a Financial Analyst to join Procore’s FP&A team.

Drive data-driven decisions by building, analyzing, and communicating financial models and reports.

Partner with sales leaders, finance, accounting, and revenue operations to manage key financial processes and provide actionable insights.

Develop partnerships, optimize financial strategies, and support Procore’s rapid growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Track and ensure accuracy for headcount, travel & expenses, program spend, and operating expenses.
2. Prepare and deliver management reports (variance analysis, key performance metric evaluations).
3. Offer strategic input for informed decision-making.
4. Manage period-end accruals, reclasses, flux, variance analysis, and purchase order management with Corporate Finance and Accounting.
5. Assist in company-wide finance reviews and consolidations, highlighting areas for leadership focus.
6. Partner with Revenue Operations on headcount management, hiring timelines, and headcount-based metrics.
7. Build financial models to evaluate strategic priorities, ROI, and ad-hoc projects.
8. Lead or collaborate on process improvements (budgeting, forecasting, system implementations).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in finance, accounting, investment banking, or private equity.
• Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and standard business software.
• Experience with financial management systems (Pigment, Anaplan, Hyperion, NetSuite, Coupa).
• Proven ability for in-depth financial analysis and presentations to key stakeholders.
• Enthusiastic, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solver with experience leading strategic initiatives.
• SaaS experience and variable compensation/forecasting experience is a plus.

Compensation:

Base pay range: $72,280 - $99,385. Eligible for Equity Compensation.

Procore offers competitive and commensurate compensation, based on skills, experience, education, and location.

Location: Remote U.S. location.
