Full-Time Financial Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. Focus on analyzing internal projects for cost optimization and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze P&L reports, identifying KPIs and areas for improvement.
• Provide recommendations for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Develop predictive models for revenue forecasting and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with finance professionals to enhance financial processes.
• Regularly evaluate internal projects to identify optimization and growth opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in financial analysis (P&L, cost optimization, revenue forecasting).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and predictive analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial reporting tools, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Proficiency in Ukrainian.

Nice to Have:

• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
