Full-Time Financial Analyst

As a financial analyst in the controlling department, you'll gain a unique understanding of end-to-end financial processes in a fast-growing software house. This is an excellent opportunity for learning and growth!

Responsibilities:

• Support managerial reporting.
• Prepare actuals vs. forecast/budget reports.
• Create and implement new ideas in daily operations.
• Prepare monthly reporting for assigned Service Unit.
• Analyze operational and financial data in assigned Service Units.
• Support the budgeting process.
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Drive process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Higher education in Accounting or Finance
• 2-3 years of experience in Controlling/Finance
• Strong command of English (min. B2)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Flexibility in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn

Additional Skills (advantageous):

• Experience with Power BI
• Experience with VBA
