As a financial analyst in the controlling department, you'll get a unique opportunity to see the overall picture and understand end-to-end financial processes in a fast-growing software house. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow!
We are looking for an experienced and proactive financial analyst to be involved in managerial reporting, supporting business controlling by preparing actuals vs. forecast/budget reports, creating new ideas, and implementing them in daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly reporting for assigned Service Unit
- Analyze operational and financial data in assigned Service Units
- Support budgeting process
- Work closely with the Accounting department to ensure accuracy in reporting
- Drive process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Higher education in Accounting or Finance
- 2-3 years of solid experience in Controlling/Finance
- Good command of English (min. B2)
- Advanced Excel
- Flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn
Additional skills (advantageous):
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience with VBA
