Full-Time Financial Analyst Entry Level

Financial Analyst - Entry Level is responsible for preparing and analyzing financial data. This requires independent judgment and initiative.

Completes analyses and makes recommendations.

Completes related accounting functions and monitors financial processes.

Monitors performance and makes revisions as needed.

Responsibilities include:

1. Preparing the Operational Budget for the division in partnership with the Director of Finance and Leadership Team.
2. Reviewing supporting presentations for data consistency and alignment with corporate strategy.
3. Ensuring operational units provide accurate, timely, and informative content for senior staff discussions.
4. Establishing budgets, revising forecasts, and explaining actual results versus plan for balance sheet and cash flow metrics with operational leaders.
5. Preparing revised Quarterly Budgets.
6. Preparing company forecasts weekly, explaining variances from prior expectations with cross-functional teams.
7. Preparing the monthly reporting package for review by the Director of Finance and Leadership Team.
8. Preparing reports summarizing and forecasting division's business activity and financial position (income, expenses, earnings).
9. Providing input for annual and long-range planning.
10. Performing budgeting and forecasting.
11. Developing and maintaining key performance metrics and scoreboards.
12. Extracting data, creating ad-hoc reports, and conducting project-based analysis.
13. Acting as a proactive business partner, advising and recommending based on financial projections and historical performance.
14. Performing additional tasks as required.
