The North America FP&A is seeking a Financial Analyst II to support regional planning and reporting.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting monthly and annual planning & analysis using Hyperion & Oracle.
- Preparing monthly management reports and handling ad hoc revenue/cost reporting & analysis.
- Standardizing and creating efficiencies in financial reporting & analysis models.
- Conducting in-depth analysis of cost & headcount movements, researching variances across systems.
- Analyzing operating results, interpreting data, and investigating variances.
- Improving reporting accuracy, process efficiencies, and system automation while adhering to Service level agreements and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
- 2+ years of progressive experience in Finance.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience with financial systems/tools (OBIEE, Hyperion Planning/Essbase, SmartView) is a plus.
- Excellent customer service & responsiveness.
- Experience supporting other finance professionals.
- Ability to work with system details, summarize, and explain large amounts of information including variances to budget & forecast.
