Full-Time Financial Analyst - Operations

Analyzing financial performance of existing business.

Assist Operations with analysis to improve financial efficiency.

Work with operations leaders and various department heads to build annual operating budgets and multi-year forecasts.

Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Accounting, Corporate Development, and other departments to provide analysis and insights about our practices.

Work with operational leaders to build DeNovo models.

Communicate conclusions simply – verbally, in email, and in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Conduct analytics for IDG’s operations team and provide reports to allow them to better understand the recent and near-term performance of IDG’s practices (including KPIs).

Conduct other financial and non-financial analysis as required.

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.

High proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically strong in Excel).

1-5 FP&A experience, specifically in budgeting and forecasting for a multi-departmental organization.

M&A experience a plus.

Analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to learn how to conduct sophisticated financial analytics.

Ability to create advanced spreadsheets to solve quantitative problems.

Ability to think and work independently.

Thoughtful and analytical.

Desire to work on a variety of projects, simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment.
