Full-Time Financial Controller

Ensures execution, coordination, and continuous improvement of R&D controlling processes. Including data collection, data validation, data consolidation, reports preparation for GB XC (Cross-Domain Computing Solution) worldwide.

Acts within the central R&D controlling team. (XC/CTG-R) located in Germany (Stuttgart) and Romania (Timisoara) for several R&D processes.

IFRS15 Paid R&D Quality dashboard: Power BI dashboard presented to XC/FC organization (check of projects contracts errors between the 2 tools: CSS Coverage of Special Sales and MCR (management of costs and resources)).

IBM Planning Analytics data loads for full XC division.

Supports project managers with MCR (Management of costs and resources) project planning. In alignment with XC/CTG-R.

Creates MCR reports in MBR, CF, BP, as well as specific reports for cost center and project owners.

Plans personnel capacities, costs, and hourly rates for cost centers. Together with cost center owners and XC/CTG-R.

Interacts/communicates with stakeholders in several R&D departments. Incl. IFRS15 community on teams channel.

Any other tasks related to area of responsibility requested by direct superior or by business.

Possibility to take over the IFRS15 business partnering role. For business unit Compute performance.

Qualifications:

• University degree - Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Controlling, Economics, Mathematics or Informatics.
• 2 to 5 years experience in controlling, purchasing or finance area.
• Advanced computer skills - MS Office, especially Excel and good understanding of SAP various modules.
• Knowledge of Macros, Power BI - a plus.
