Full-Time Financial Controller

This role involves regional controllership and reporting in Securitas Technology Central Europe Region (Turkey, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial & operational data collection and analysis
• Performance KPIs tracking and interpretation
• Financial model structuring and user-friendly report creation
• Periodic and ad-hoc management reports and presentations
• Compliance with Group standards and policies in financial & management reporting
• Monitoring and interpretation of financial metrics (WIP, receivables, inventories, BDR)
• Budgeting and forecasting process support for countries and region, monitoring budget performance
• Commercial business project assessment, profitability & cash flow analysis
• Intermediary between region and country finance teams
• Process improvement identification and automation driving
• Region organization governance, meeting cadence and content setup

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering
• 4-5 years experience in reporting, controlling, FP&A, or auditing
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
• Knowledge of IFRS and accounting standards
• Oracle HFM and Microsoft Power BI experience desirable
• Project-based delivery and service business model familiarity
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, attention to detail
• Hands-on, proactive, team player attitude
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage operational duties
• Organized, self-disciplined, eager to learn
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact with all functions and levels
