Full-Time Financial Controller/Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present analyses of financial results and business activities including client program results.
• Support development of annual budget and operating plan.
• Maintain database of key operating, financial and client metrics.
• Support transaction processing for business operations including management of staff responsible for transaction processing.

Essential Duties:

• Maintain confidentiality and impartiality in all aspects of work.
• Adhere to all procedures established by Eurofins and its clients.
• Apply good practices in all areas of responsibility.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Demonstrate and promote company vision.
• Conduct all activities safely and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge Requirements:

• Accounting and Financial Management: Strong understanding of core accounting principles and financial measurement and management.
• Analysis and Technology Tools: Advanced knowledge of analysis methods and applicable technology tools (Excel, basic database applications) to support business operations through financial and KPI measurement and management.
• Administration and Management: Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
• Customer and Personal Service: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

• HS Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Accounting/finance experience
• KPI measurement and management experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with documentation skills
• Strategic planning abilities
• Self-motivated
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent technical writing ability

Position Details:

• Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with additional hours as needed.
