Full-Time Financial Lead - Revenue

FP&A Team Leader in Costa Rica is sought to manage a team and support North America Financial Services & Data (FSD) – Commercial Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own FP&A processes (revenue emphasis) like month-end closing and monthly forecasting.
• Collaborate on annual budgeting and long-range planning.
• Provide financial analysis/support.
• Partner with senior leaders to evaluate opportunities and support revenue reporting/forecasting.
• Analyze product financial data and enhance reporting dashboards for better insights and forecasting accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in revenue analysis and reporting processes.
• Lead teams of 3-6 individuals, overseeing daily deliverables and setting performance indicators.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience (month-end processes, forecasting, reporting).
• Experience with GL and budget management.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Financial reporting, account reconciliation, and P&L analysis expertise.
• Experience communicating analytical findings to various audiences (including senior leaders).
• Proficient in Excel (complex functions), financial systems, and tools (Oracle, OBIEE, Tableau, Salesforce, Hyperion).
• Strong English language skills.
