Job Description & Responsibilities
We seek a strategic and detail-oriented FP&A Specialist to join our Finance team.
Support financial planning, forecasting, and analysis efforts.
Responsibilities
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), relating to financial metrics like revenue, profit margin, and operating expenses.
- Monitor KPIs (daily revenue, impressions, monthly churn) and identify unexpected variances.
- Plan, develop, and improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts (annual budget, 2+10, 5+7, 8+4). Leverage data (Quickbooks, invoices, NDR).
- Prepare analysis to understand cash flow and forecast future cash position.
- Analyze Publishers for business performance and profitability.
- Present monthly financial reports (budget-to-actual).
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.
- Support management and department leaders with data-driven analysis.
- Collaborate with BI and Accounting teams to understand information sources.
- Adhere to deadlines and high-quality documentation standards.
- Support Finance team projects (Accounting, BI, Treasury, Finance Operations).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3-7 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial consulting experience (ad tech experience preferred).
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with Looker or other FP&A tools preferred.
- Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and forecasting.
- Comfortable handling large data sets and translating them into insights.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
