Full-Time Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.
• Support annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes.
• Analyze financial performance and variance reports against budget and forecasts.
• Maintain financial dashboards and KPIs by consolidating data from multiple sources.
• Participate in ad hoc analysis and projects supporting business initiatives.
• Continuously assess and improve current processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Work closely with accounting and other departments to align with business objectives.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) is a plus.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience with financial analysis or accounting, ideally within commercial real estate.

Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, basic modeling) is required.

Software: Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., Yardi, REApps, Workday) is a plus.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial modeling and data analysis.
