Full-Time Food and Hospitality Auditor (Hotels Background)

To audit Hotels Standards related to Food Safety, Hygiene, Legionella, Housekeeping and general Hospitality.

Adhere to high standards of behavior (e.g. honesty and candidness).

Requirements:

• At least 4 to 5 years of experience in food safety operation.
• BSc. of Veterinary/agriculture
• Good knowledge of the concepts of food safety management including prerequisite programs and HACCP principles.
• Very Good MS Office skills particularly in Excel, Words and Power point.
• Should be flexible for travel days .
• Training skills
• Very Good English and culinary terminology skills
• Legionella , housekeeping audit awareness is a plus.
