Full-Time FP&A Analyst

In the context of strong international growth, the FP&A will lead the Group's financial forecasting, budgeting, and business partnering processes, covering Didomi's global activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial planning & performance Analysis:
• Production and analysis of monthly reporting.
• Analysis of consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Preparation and variance analysis of budget and reforecasts.
• Budget preparation and reforecasting: Participate in annual budgets and long-term planning.
• Support CFO with cash and treasury management (cash flow, funding, investments, FX).
• Follow and analyze SaaS KPIs.
• Cost monitoring: Design and implement tracking tools for expenses and targets.
• Timely analyses of various activities.

1. Process Optimization and Data Quality Assurance:
• Data integrity and automation: Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data through validation processes.
• Process improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and reporting.
• Improvement and optimization of financial reporting tools.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in transaction services, audit, or similar.
• Mastery of information tools (MS Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong rigour, organizational skills, and relationship building.
• Problem-solving ability: Identify challenges, develop solutions, and drive improvements.
• Autonomous, curious, desire for exciting potential, and forward-thinking.
• Fluent in French and English.
