Full-Time FP&A Analyst

FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in the Finance department, joining a fast-paced and collaborative Financial Planning & Analysis team. Reporting to the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Responsibilities:

1. Report Daily LGCCD sales monthly trend vs Forecast and Budget
2. Record monthly adjustments to revenue, commissions, and direct COGS
3. Perform monthly analysis of top customers and product lines
4. Track, adjust, and calculate commissions for the LGCCD sales team
5. Provide analysis and create reports for the sales teams
6. Provide sales commentary to budget, forecast, and prior year
7. Work with the product team to keep product line reporting in line
8. Perform glidepath analysis for Bi-weekly Sales/Operations meetings
9. Support various analytic initiatives (data mining, research, statistical analysis)
10. Assist in annual budget and long-term strategic planning
11. Work with department heads for comprehensive and accurate long-range plan
12. Comparison reporting to local ELT and UK parent
13. Assist in quarterly reforecast submitted to parent company
14. Organize department submissions and prepare analysis of variances
15. Work with BI tool to create metric dashboards
16. Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years analysis experience
• Prior experience with Tableau and Business Objects preferred
• Prior experience with Adaptive Planning preferred
• ERP experience required (SAP preferred)
