Full-Time FP&A Financial Analyst

What You'll Do:

• Prepares, analyzes, and reviews periodic financial performance with department owners.
• Supports month-end close and forecast processes.
• Supports and facilitates annual financial budgeting process and quarterly forecast updates.
• Engages in ad-hoc analysis and project modeling.
• Prepares executive, board, and investor presentations.
• Updates standard financial reports.
• Presents monthly budget & forecast vs. actuals analysis to the finance team.
• Supports internal & external project audits.
• Performs project close-out activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a Finance related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Analytical and detail-oriented; ability to work through complex topics.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proactive and results-oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Experience with accounting platforms (Oracle NetSuite, Sage, MS Dynamics) and planning platforms (Datarails, Mosaic, Adaptive Insights).
• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - advanced Excel skills.
• Experience: Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business/Finance; minimum 2-4 years of work experience in Corporate Finance/Accounting.

• Maintains confidence in handling sensitive company information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Expert MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Understanding of accounting principles (deferred revenue, expense accruals, 3-statement modeling).
• Willingness to work past normal hours during month-end and budgeting season.
