Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, we have a unique opportunity for a highly analytical and ambitious finance professional to join our FP&A team. The FP&A Manager will play a strategic role in forecasting, business planning, management reporting, and business analytics for the Technology & Corporate organizations. This leader will oversee the tools and processes necessary for future scaling in a visible role with frequent interaction with CFO, Finance Leadership Team, and other senior leaders.
The successful candidate will have proven experience managing planning activities for large, complex, global companies. They will be a change leader, value-add business partner, and adept at handling multiple, high visibility priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee annual and long-term planning, quarterly forecasts, and monthly close and reporting.
- Develop and maintain financial models for company performance analysis and forecasting.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Lead financial analysis of business decisions and provide recommendations to the Senior Director, business partners, and executive leadership.
- Lead analysis and interpretation of operating results, preparing executive reports, reviewing financing activities, and analyzing the financial impact of various actions.
- Translate company and industry data into strategic insights driving forward-thinking business decisions.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement strategies for achieving financial goals.
- Analyze and report on financial performance and KPIs for external financial reporting.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and prepare executive-level presentations.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting, planning, and analysis.
- Manage and mentor a Senior Financial Analyst.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive experience with increasing responsibility, scope, and leadership.
- Experience growing in Financial Planning & Analysis roles (predictive modeling, analytics, etc.).
- Strong professional and educational background (Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Quantitative Field).
- Experience in business partnering and owning/managing financial forecasts.
- Experience with ERP and FP&A planning tools (NetSuite, OneStream preferred, but not required).
- Background in corporate leadership development, investment banking, or consulting (preferred, but not required).
