Full-Time Fraud Quality Assurance Analyst

As a Fraud Quality Assurance Analyst, you will audit the work of internal and external agents, providing detailed feedback.

You will support the Operational Fraud Team, ensuring each agent maintains Galileo’s quality standards and regulatory compliance.

1. Monitor and evaluate a high volume of cases to ensure standards are met.
2. Determine performance weaknesses and establish solutions for improvement.
3. Ensure compliance with company quality systems.
4. Identify process improvement opportunities.
5. Review performance with Quality Team and Department Supervisors.
6. Generate and maintain feedback and coaching documentation.
7. Provide daily feedback via verbal and written communication.
8. Develop and maintain thorough product, policy, and procedure knowledge.
9. Attend various trainings and skill development sessions.
10. Participate in calibration sessions, providing actionable feedback to BPOs.

Qualifications:

• Previous Quality Assurance and Fraud operations experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to identify risks to Cardholders, Clients, and Galileo.
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
• Self-motivated, ability to work and complete projects without supervision.
• Professional communication with discretion, understanding confidentiality needs.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
