About the Role:
We are looking for talented and creative individuals passionate about exciting projects. Expect a dynamic work environment, interesting projects, collaboration, and the opportunity for skill development. Our success has propelled us to expand, and we are seeking approximately 100 EU-based freelancers for new inbound projects.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve inbound calls.
- Provide professional and service-oriented communication with customers.
- Document customer issues in the CRM system.
- Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to work as a freelancer.
- 6+ months of customer service experience.
- EU-based or upcoming relocation.
- Strong German language skills (C1/C2).
- Self-motivated, highly reliable work ethic.
- Private workspace.
- Required Hardware (PC, two monitors, mouse/keyboard, webcam, headset).
- Reliable internet connection (50 Mbit/s+ wired).
