Responsibilities:
- Answering and ideally resolving incoming calls
- Professional and service-oriented communication with customers
- Recording and documenting customer requests in the CRM system
- Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- You fulfill the requirements for working as a freelancer
- You have prior experience in customer service
- Your work/residence is located in the EU (outside of Germany) or you will be moving in the near future
- You have excellent German skills (provable C1/C2)
- Independent work style and high reliability
- You have a secure workspace that is not visible or accessible to third parties
- You have a desk, office chair, and the necessary hardware (PC, two monitors, mouse/keyboard, webcam, headset)
- You have a stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbit/s (via cable)
