Full-Time Freight Analyst

As a Freight Analyst, you'll play a key role in managing transportation processes efficiently. You'll optimize supply chain and logistics operations, utilizing the Freight platform to boost efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the Transportation Management System (TMS) for seamless freight booking, tracking, and carrier network optimization.
• Analyze transportation data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Create and present reports/dashboards on transportation performance, cost metrics, and carrier performance.
• Collaborate with carriers and internal teams for timely execution and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvements in TMS workflows and user experience.
• Troubleshoot TMS issues and data discrepancies.
• Monitor and identify opportunities for optimizing TMS processes and leveraging automation.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and operations to ensure TMS configurations meet business needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in transportation management, logistics, or supply chain analysis (preferably in a tech-enabled environment).
• Hands-on experience with TMS systems (e.g., Uber Freight, SAP, Oracle, Manhattan).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel, SQL, or similar data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with transportation operations and freight pricing models.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with digital freight platforms (e.g., Uber Freight).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Basic understanding of APIs and TMS integrations.
• Knowledge of industry regulations (e.g., DOT, FMCSA).
