Testing each button, page, feature, and tool on our platform to ensure functionality and quality.
Creating and executing test plans, cases, and scripts.
Documenting test steps, results, and important notes in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Documenting any issues or bugs affecting user experience.
Analyzing prototype designs using Adobe XD for UI/UX.
Communicating testing progress and results with team members and stakeholders.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role.
Knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
Familiarity with bug tracking software is essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.
