Full-Time Functional Chief for Case Managers

• Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Case Management program.
• Developing and implementing effective strategies to support the Case Management needs of clients and improve overall program effectiveness.

1. Review and implement a comprehensive Case Management Program.
2. Supervise and provide guidance to clinical staff.
3. Input into program budgeting and financial management.
4. Collaborate with senior external stakeholders.
5. Monitor and evaluate program outcomes.
6. Implement quality assurance measures.
7. Develop and maintain partnerships with relevant organizations.
8. Stay updated with current trends and best practices.
9. Provide leadership and support to program staff.
10. Prepare reports and presentations for organizational leadership.
11. Participate in site/regional quarterly quality assurance procedures.
12. Ensure the case management team document and maintain current records.
13. Ensure staff delivering case management services are accounting for all services delivered.

• Bachelor’s degree in social science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Four years’ experience providing program management or oversight of case management or advocacy services.
• Current, valid and unrestricted clinical license or certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of case management modalities.
• Proficiency in program development and implementation.
• Ability to analyze data and utilize outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments.
• Commitment to cultural sensitivity.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365.

• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within a case management program.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Meet the standards of professional and ethical conduct.
• Demonstrate current clinical competence.
• Broad range of specialized work experience including working with family programs, military or civilian social service agencies, and/or is a military family member.
• Strong oral and written communication, assessment, and advocacy skills.
• Possess advocacy knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Knowledge of the FFSMIS system is desired but not required.
