As a GAC Engagement Manager - Reporting and Insights Lead, you'll be crucial in clearly articulating the value of the Global Advisory Council (GAC). This involves managing customer engagements with council members and sales leadership. You'll manage a portfolio of engagements and be the expert in reporting and analytics.
You'll act as a key connector between GAC, sales, marketing, senior executives, and the broader IGTM, ensuring seamless execution, effective tracking, and impact capture. Your knowledge of company operations, policies, and internal systems is critical for efficiency and maximizing GAC impact.
You'll also tell a compelling story with data, tracking outcomes and maintaining a feedback loop.
- Data Management & Program Value Demonstration:
- Own data collection, analysis, and visualization to showcase program value and impact.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards (Power BI, Dynamics, or equivalent) for key engagement metrics, trends, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the GAC team to define success metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
- Ensure data integrity across systems (Dynamics, internal dashboards) for accurate leadership insights.
- Identify data-driven insights and storytelling opportunities.
- Leverage AI and technology for quantitative and qualitative data collection.
- Customer Engagement & Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with sales to equip GAC Executives with data-backed insights for customer engagement.
- Track and report on GAC customer interactions in Dynamics.
- Project manage GAC engagements, focusing on measurable outcomes, feedback loops, and action item closure.
- Maintain and enhance CxO relationship data, leveraging analytics for relationship building.
- Operational & Administrative Support:
- Coordinate schedules between GAC members and customers (internal).
- Prioritize engagements based on data-driven insights and value.
- Help leadership prepare for high-impact meetings with tailored reports and value narratives.
