Full-Time Game Promo Tools Data Analyst

To succeed, you will have: 3+ years of analytical experience, preferably in the online Gaming/iGaming industry or video streaming industry. BSc/BA in a highly quantitative field (Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent).

Outstanding analytical and technical skills, transforming complex data into actionable recommendations.

Strong SQL skills with experience querying large, complex datasets.

Strong presentation and data visualization skills with attention to detail.

Self-motivated and independent work style.

Preferred additional qualifications include experience with the online gambling industry domain, knowledge of Clickhouse and Python/other scripting languages. Pet projects and hobbyist interests in data analysis and machine learning are welcome.

Practical experience with workflow management tools (Jira) and collaboration software (Confluence).

Passionate about understanding consumers' social gaming behavior and tolerance for ambiguity.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage data sources to propose innovative ideas for product development.
• Analyze complex data sets of millions of players for strategic and operational questions.
• Provide actionable recommendations for promo features and future product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with internal teams for insights to improve game promo features, engagement, and retention.
• Create automated dashboards and reports to track key business metrics and player experiences.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
