Full-Time General Hand - FIFO- 8:6 Roster

Are you ready to get your hands dirty and join our team of problem solvers? If you’re the go-to person, the one who answers the questions, with the know-how to keep facilities running like clockwork, we have several opportunities for General Hands to join our Facility Maintenance team, working a Fly-In-Fly-Out roster across Western Australia’s remote sites.

Who are we looking for? We’d love to hear from you if you’ve had previous experience in facility maintenance across the domestic and commercial sectors. Our General Hands are team players, have a can-do attitude, are flexible and always remain focused on safety and service delivery. We are looking for driven and self-motivated General Hands to conduct maintenance and preventive works across residential, village and mine site facilities. For this particular role, we are interested in hearing from applicants who have a tiling, drylining, painting or insulation background.

Working on-site with our teams means you’ll be working 11 hours per day on a 2:1 roster until February 2022 when the roster becomes 8:6 (eight days on, six days off) often in extreme environments. So having a good level of fitness will help you get through each day!

To be successful, you’ll need:

• Driver’s Licence
• Australian Citizenship or full Australian working rights
• Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing and police check
• Forklift ticket is desirable
