Full-Time General Programmer Analyst II

Job Summary:The General Programmer/Analyst II - Intermediate is a mid-level position for programming and data analysis. Primary activities and decision-making authority are predominantly performed independently that do affect business operations to a substantial degree.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

1. Analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed systems, and revises computer programs, systems, and related procedures to process data.
2. Prepares charts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis, and submits recommendations for solutions.
3. Prepares program specifications and diagrams, and develops coding logic flowcharts.
4. Encodes, tests, debugs, and installs the operating programs and procedures.
5. Installs the operating programs in coordination with computer operations and user departments.
6. Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education, Experience & License or Certification:

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 1-3 years of functional (using skill set) experience is required
• OpenText Content Server Business Analyst Certification
• OpenText Content Server Administrator Certification

Training Pre-requisites (Within One Year of Taking Position):

• ESDSafety Training, as dictated by Safety Department

Skills and Abilities:

• Business Analysis
• Knows and uses well the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of a particular field of specialization.
• Under supervision, performs work that is varied and may be somewhat difficult in character.
• Typically analyzes, compares, and evaluates various courses of action regarding programming data systems.
